Jumbo Pearl Fee Quail

US$20.00

Jumbo Pearl Fee Quail are known for their unique black and white speckled plumage and excellent egg production. They are a popular choice for both meat and egg production due to their dual-purpose nature. The "fee" in their name refers to a dilution mutation that lightens the base color of the feathers to grey, while the "pearl" refers to the black speckles on a mostly white background.

They are known for laying  an average of 315 eggs per year with supplemental light. Egg size ranges from 12-16 grams.

They are considered jumbo size, with mature birds typically weighing between 10 and 14 ounces.
